Most of the safety and code violations I find are easily repaired. Once I point them out to you, you can make the repairs and have me re-inspect the property. Re-inspections cost $100.00, and you get a whole new report to show the potential buyer.

The inspection itself is a bound, 30-page document that is very complete. I look at all the systems of the house. I recommend you come with me as I inspect the house and ask any questions that may come up. Most people find that they have quite a few questions, once the inspection starts.

I don't work for the buyer, the real estate agent, or the city: I work for you. It is your property and your inspection. I won't report anything that isn't true, but I will answer any questions about building codes and how they ralate to your house.
