The price goes up for larger houses, or with more things to inspect, such as outbuildings, furnaces, water heaters and bathrooms. I will be happy to give you a firm price when you call.

Radon detections are $100.00 each, with home inspections. Without an inspection, $150.00.

Re-inspections are $100.00 each. You might get an inspection that shows a defect that you don't want on the report. Make the repair and call me back. I will give you a new, 30 page, bound report that you can show potential buyers.

My inspections are not focused on causing panic. I intend to replace uncertanty with knowlege. I recommend that the report I leave with the customer be used as a guide for future maintenence, not as a club to beat the price of the home down.
